"Got the jacket in a size 42, but it was a little too small for me. So I send it back and got a size 46 instead. Which fits me perfectly. I know for most people they go one size up, but for me two sizes up was the best choice. I’m 6’1 , 175 pounds. My chest size is 40, but I have broad shoulders and long arms. The interesting thing about the size 46 I received. It’s not as distressed as the size 42 that I got before. So instead of a distressed light gray. It’s more of a dark non-distressed gray. And after looking it over I really like the way the non-distressed dark gray looks. I think a darker non-distressed version would be a pretty cool idea as an alternative. Seeing how you don’t see a lot of dark gray leather jackets out there. Over all nice job, Cockpit USA. ( first image is the size 42. The second image is the size 46. )"

"I am 6"0, 220lbs asian, 44 inches of chest, go with 46 size of jacket. It's durable and fits good, slightly longer sleeves but not too bad."

"The Shadow G-1 is an exceptional jacket that gives you the official G-1 jacket with the official USN stamp on the inner zipper flap, in a black well worn patina that is not as rigid as the original G-1. It has a broken in feel and the fit is excellent. I am 5’6” and 170lbs and the 42 fits me perfectly! The mouton collar is warm and soft. The interior of the jacket is comfortably warm. It is a great all around jacket for moderate to cold weather. If you want a G-1 that has that broken in feel. The Shadow G-1 is your jacket."
