Very oversized
"This parka is beautifully made and has a ton of authentic-looking details. It felt good and sturdy on. But it is really, really big. I totally understand the fit is supposed to be oversized, but the medium looked like a tent on me (size 40 - 42 chest normally). Pay close attention to the size guide and compare the measurements to a jacket you already own to understand the scale. I unfortunately had to return it and it didn't looks like even the smaller sizes would fit me with a normal oversized fit. Shame - I really liked it otherwise!"
Excellent Fishtail Parka
"This is an excellent fishtail parka. Great (Cockpit) quality and very well made - very much worth the money! It appears to be very close to the real army specs and is, hence, quite roomy (incl. the hood). With 6'4", 220lbs, I went with XXL (my normal size). There is no padded liner available at Cockpit, and actually it doesn't look as if the parka could connect to any liner (I see no buttons for that). I went for wearing it over other lighter (e.g. jeans) jackets and thick sweaters as it was intended. If you don't like to layer up and want it more snug, I recommend to go with one size down. By all means: it's the real deal - don't hesitate; I would buy it again!"
